# Integration with Zatca 

> Connect Dentolize to ZATCA (Fatoora) and report your e-invoices in Saudi Arabia.

For clinics in Saudi Arabia, Dentolize reports your invoices to ZATCA (Fatoora).

  ZATCA integration is enabled for your clinic by Dentolize. If you don't see the pages below, contact support.

## 1️⃣ Business registration

Go to **Settings → Business Registration** and fill in the **CRN Number**, **VAT Number** (15 digits, starting and ending with 3), **VAT Name**, **Commercial Name**, and the address: **City**, **City Subdivision**, **Street**, **Plot Identification**, **Building** and **Postal Zone** (5 digits). Save; the details are checked with ZATCA.

## 2️⃣ Connect with an OTP

1. In the **Fatoora** portal, generate an OTP for a new device.
2. Go to **Settings → Zatca Integration**, enter the 6-digit **OTP Code** and click **Submit OTP**.

Dentolize completes the compliance steps automatically. The status changes to **ZATCA integration active**.

<Warning>
  The OTP expires quickly, so enter it right away. Only change **Counter Configuration** if you're moving from another e-invoicing system.

## 3️⃣ Report invoices

E-invoices are **not** sent automatically. Report them:

* **One invoice:** open the invoice and click **E-Invoices** → report the patient e-invoice (simplified) or insurance e-invoice (standard).
* **Many invoices:** **Finances → Report E-Invoices**, filter, select invoices and click **Report Selected** → **Confirm & Report**. Follow the progress in **E-Invoice Batches**, and use **Retry Failed** for rejected ones.

The status becomes **Submitted** when accepted, or **Rejected** with ZATCA's reasons. Once submitted, the printed invoice shows the ZATCA QR code.

<Note>
  A submitted invoice can't be edited, deleted or refunded. Use **Cancel E-Invoice** first, which sends a credit note to ZATCA. For Saudi patients the tax must be 0% (with a national ID starting with 1); for others, 15%.
