  • Ensuring bot service stability with Meta’s servers

Dentolize and Medicolize are not responsible for calculating, deducting, or determining costs for paid messages, and we do not receive any fees for this service from Meta.

Clarification :

Dentolize has no access to what is deducted or charged from the credit card used in your personal Meta account.

Warning: :

Regarding the WhatsApp Bot number, message pricing plans, usage limits, and restrictions — responsibility lies directly between your Meta account and Meta.

Warning :

The cost of paid message templates may vary depending on the country and type of message (utility or marketing).

Meta may change the pricing plan or message type even after approval.

Monitoring pricing and deducted amounts is your responsibility directly with your Meta account — Dentolize and Medicolize have no involvement.

Note :

We strongly recommend using a new number if this is your first experience with WhatsApp Bot to avoid number blocking.

In case your number is blocked by Meta, Dentolize and Medicolize are not responsible for any issues.

Note :

Any conversation started by a patient allows you to open a 24-hour chat window with the patient, completely free.

You can reply without any restrictions or send message templates.

After the 24-hour window expires, you can only reply if the patient initiates a new conversation to open another 24-hour window.

Clarification :

Sending paid message templates does not require an open window or the patient to initiate the conversation.
