  • If the number is currently used on WhatsApp, the account must be deleted, or a new number must be used.
  • Once the bot is activated, the number cannot be used through normal WhatsApp app — only through Dentolize (web or mobile app).

You can use your Facebook account to create a Meta Business portfolio if the clinic does not already have one.
